These seminars will follow the format of a Management Team Meeting. Students will be allocated to teams and each team member will be assigned to play a role on the management team of the case company. During the seminar, the management team will be asked to evaluate and make recommendations on the case company's strategies and future directions. Students will be assessed on their preparation for and participation in the Management Team Meeting, and the quality of the strategic advice their team provides to the case company as the output of their meeting.
