Online Simulation
This assessment consists of three assessable tasks linked to an online airline simulation that learners complete throughout the semester. Learners are grouped into teams to set up, manage and operate their airline. The first assessment task is a 5-6 minute video proposal and contributes 15% of the final grade for the unit. The next assessment task requires students to write an annual report based on the performance of their airline after four quarters. This task is weighted at 15% and is also a team-based assessment. A further 10% is allocated to teams based on various simulation performance metrics.

Examining Cases: Non-ideal Medical Ethics
This end-of-semester examination involves providing students with a court ruling on a medical case that most will not have come across until that point. Students are expected to read the case under exam conditions, and bring their learning over the course of the semester to bear on their interpretation of the salient medical and legal points raised, determining their ethical implications. This is then tested over a number of multiple choice questions delivered via Examsoft.

Clinical Case Presentation
The Clinical Case Presentation (CCP) is an exercise in which students demonstrate their skills in assessing a patient's problem/s, with specific emphasis on the relevant clinical and investigative findings, the diagnosis and the current and potential future management plans. Furthermore, the student is expected to read around the surgically relevant or related aspects of the case and be expected to discuss these with the examiner during the presentation.

Professional Poster Presentation on Employability
An internship, reflective activities and two reflective assessments scaffolded students to create posters evidencing their employability, graduate attributes and their unique personal brand developed in workplace projects. Articulating their abilities, showing how they added value to current and potential employers, students demonstrated how these experiences can support future transition to their careers. Posters also showing their LinkedIn profile, career ambitions and skills assessments were displayed to industry representatives who provided feedback. Posters can be used as a resource during recruitment complementing a resume.

Industry Partnered Feasibility Analysis
This is a live industry assessment that required students to work on a feasibility analysis for an innovation for a Tourism or Hospitality organisation. Students worked in self assigned teams of four to develop a 4000 word report that provided our industry partners with a market analysis, an analysis of the Political, Economic, Social and Technological (PEST) environments and recommendations as to how best develop the innovation and take it to market. This WIL industry partnered assessment resulted in the development of student / industry relationships as students were encouraged to engage with their allocated industry partner to guide the focus of their reports.

Practical Industry Relevant Investment Report & Model
This assessment is based on the work that a typical 1st year to 5th year graduate would do as an investment analyst. They are required to work in a team of four and complete extensive research and analysis of a company, it's industry and competitors. Then develop a rigorous financial model to value the company and write an in depth report for an investment committee to recommend buying or selling this investment.

Brand Strategy Audit
Student teams will practice with and apply our brand strategy model and methods to a real world brand of their choosing. The project involves qualitative and quantitative consumer research, so that students learn brand analysis not based on the students' own opinions of the brand but on the evidence of consumer perceptions of the brand. Students analyse the current brand strategy and recommend a complete brand strategy plan. This project will help students learn the theory, will help students understand how it is applied, and will help students acquire the skill of how to do a brand audit.

Creative Media Production Exercise
Completed in pairs, this assessment sees students work collaboratively to produce a creative media output and an accompanying rationale detailing and justifying the stylistic choices made (in the case of MSTU1001 students produce a section of film storyboard). Students are marked on their grasp of relevant conventions and theories.
